Handlen Farm in Middleburg, Virginia is Lynn’s base of operations. The farm and its facilities are ideally designed for professional training activities and for the safety and comfort of horses and riders.

• 11-stall, matted center aisle barn, built in 2010

• 2 additional 3 stall-barns

• 80 x 160 ft indoor arena with lights and sand/fiber footing

• 175 x 200 ft outdoor arena with sand/fiber footing

• Individual and semi-private turnout

• 12 x 12 matted, superbly ventilated stalls

• Infrared heated, matted wash stall with hot/cold water

• One isolation stall

• One rehab stall with an attached 16 x 16 paddock

• Large, outward facing sliding head doors

• Overhead fans, heated buckets, and overhead watering system for each stall

• Temperature controlled tack room with bridle and saddle racks, individual shelves, storage for trunks

• Ample additional storage in loft

• Washer/dryer for horse laundry

• 50-ft round pen

• 14 turnout fields with individual run in sheds and automatic frost-free waterers

• Extensive ride out with access to trails and terrain

• Middleburg Orange Hunt and Snickersville Hunt territory

• Convenient location east of Middleburg and west of Aldie
